What We Do

3_6_NIFE.pi is an independent AI consulting foundry specializing in end-to-end production AI systems — from architecture through deployment — for regulated industries.

Three specialists. Five live products. Direct execution from architectural decision to deployed code, with regulated-industry discipline at every layer. The foundry takes on engagements where compliance is load-bearing, where multi-stakeholder coordination is non-negotiable, and where the difference between a working prototype and a production system actually matters.

We exist. · You have questions. · We have answers.

Practice Areas

Active engagements across six verticals where AI architecture meets regulatory complexity, multi-stakeholder accountability, and production-grade deployment.

01

Healthcare Compliance

HIPAA-architected platforms with immutable audit logging, role-based access control, encryption, and de-identification at multi-stakeholder scale. Provider, member, plan administrator, government, and fraud-investigator coordination.

02

Fintech

Federal regulatory technology lineage (SEC, U.S. Treasury, OCC). Quantitative signal design, market regime detection, position sizing, and regulatory reporting infrastructure for financial services and adjacent verticals.

03

Agentic AI

Multi-agent swarm orchestration. A2A protocol routing across Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Copilot. Agentic loops with native tool use. Production implementer of Microsoft AutoGen and Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol.

04

Cybersecurity

Cross-platform stacks combining native C++ desktop, browser-extension architecture, custom socket protocols, and threat-intelligence aggregation. API key isolation, peer-to-peer trust consensus, and incident response.

05

Government & Regulated Systems

State Department of Health integration. Federal regulatory reporting infrastructure. Multi-stakeholder workflow architecture. Public-private partnership grounding through institutional counsel and twenty-year regulatory-systems engineering lineage.

06

Vertical AI

Industry-specific AI applications that embed domain expertise alongside technical capability. Compliance, proprietary workflow, and regulatory context built into the model layer rather than bolted on after deployment.

Live Products

Five production AI applications shipped across iOS, Android, and web. The foundry deploys what it architects.

N=01 · Healthcare Compliance · Third-party QA

TORQ-e — Medicaid Clarity System

HIPAA-compliant healthcare platform with five-card architecture serving members, providers, government stakeholders, plan administrators, and fraud investigators. Immutable audit logging, role-based access control, Fernet AES-128 encryption with de-identification, AI-powered outlier detection, and claims analysis. State Department of Health integration. FastAPI + PostgreSQL + React.

N=02 · Vertical AI · Live in 18+ countries

sauc-e Ecosystem

Parent platform with three live consumer applications — RELISH, CATSUP, and BBQ_e. Multi-agent AI orchestration with secure model-agnostic LLM routing and zero client-side API keys. React + Vite + Railway on web; React Native + Expo for iOS and Android. Stripe, PayPal, and Square processing across multiple storefronts.

N=03 · Cybersecurity · Cross-platform stack

BBQ_e Desktop Solution

Cross-platform cybersecurity stack. C++ Win32 native GUI with WebView2 / COM integration hosting a React UI. Chrome MV3 browser extension. Python multi-service backend with REST threat-intelligence API, SQLite with LRU cache eviction, and threading-based aggregation across nine public threat sources. Custom socket-based peer-to-peer trust-consensus protocol. Innosetup shareware distribution for Windows.

N=04 · Agentic AI · Production deployed

Agentic AI Architecture

Production implementer of Microsoft AutoGen (Copilot/GitHub) and Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP). Multi-agent swarm orchestration, agentic loops with native tool use, A2A protocol routing across Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Copilot. Memory persistence with auto-compression. Multi-provider AI proxy architecture with zero client-side keys.

N=05 · Delivery Discipline

App Store Production Pipeline

152 submissions across 2.5 months. Full SDLC ownership under adversarial review-pipeline conditions: deploy → diagnose from device console and server logs → fix → resubmit, in tightening cycles. The foundry treats App Store review as a debugging surface, not an obstacle.

Specialists

Three operators. Each specialist anchors a load-bearing function of the foundry: build, tell, govern.

Chef Architect

Build

Eighteen years of production engineering across regulatory technology, international operations, and AI architecture. Started at Goldman Sachs Regulatory Technology Department — Visual C++ on Windows NT, C / Perl / Korn Shell on SunOS, Java/Swing for capital-requirements workflow — interfacing the firm with the SEC, U.S. Treasury, OCC, and Federal regulators. Six years running international manufacturing operations in Panama: visa coordination, $500K/month procurement contracts, industrial equipment specification at 25,000–50,000-unit/month fabrication scale. Now solo architect of five live AI products spanning healthcare HIPAA, agentic multi-agent orchestration, and cross-platform cybersecurity. Production implementer of Microsoft AutoGen and Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol. SUNY Albany joint B.S. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, and Cognitive Science.

Chief Marketing Officer

Tell

Twenty-five years architecting strategic communications across enterprise technology, healthcare, education, industrial, and political verticals. Account-side credentials include Cloudflare, Siemens, GE, and Fortune 500 clients. Director-tier internal communications operator at Saratoga Hospital — supporting CEO, CMO, CNO, and CHRO across a 2,200-employee organization through CRM strategy, employee training programs, online video curriculum, and internal-comms architecture that won SUNY Workforce Development Grant funding and 2013 Top 125 Training Award nominations. Reversed a negative admissions trend across three SUNY Empire State College regional centers through integrated multi-channel CRM marketing. Operates equally well agency-side (Overit, Jairus, Masto PR) and client-side. Built and ran her own marketing firm for 3.5 years.

General Counsel

Govern

Twenty years across corporate law, government service, technology transactions, and public-private partnership architecture. Practiced at Hodgson Russ LLP in Corporate & Securities and Estates & Trusts. Served as General Counsel, VP for Policy and Regulatory Affairs, and Special Counsel to the President & CEO at Albany Nanotech — playing a central role in negotiating the U.S. Department of Defense funding that established one of nine White House-announced DoD manufacturing innovation institutes. Currently serves as appointed and confirmed County Attorney for Rensselaer County: $420 million annual budget, 1,500+ employees, 14-person legal department, plus legal oversight of Hudson Valley Community College ($100M, 7,000+ students). Architect of The Bridge Project — landmark Rensselaer County / Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute public-private partnership for high-tech commercialization. Of Counsel with Ianniello Anderson P.C. and Principal of Carissima Capital, a registered investment advisor. JD Albany Law School (Executive Editor, Albany Law Review); BA Economics, Hamilton College. Conversant in German.
